The Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity (FCHFH) ReStore serves as a funding source for Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity (FCHFH) to further its mission to eradicate poverty housing in the Fort Collins area. FCHFH practices a “hand-up, not a hand-out” policy through working in partnership with low-income families to build simple, decent and affordable homes.
The FCHFH ReStore allows customers to restore or remodel their home at a lower cost. Their purchases then enable FCHFH to build more houses in partnership with families in need in the Fort Collins area, thus restoring their hope.
The FCHFH ReStore strives to carry a large selection of furniture, appliances, building materials and used vehicles. Our inventory changes daily, so be sure to shop often and you’ll find something new every visit. Check out our New Items page to see the latest additions to our inventory.
We reclaim items that are still useful and usable and sell those items at reasonable prices. We attempt to research all worthwhile material that is donated and price used items at 40-60 percent of their retail cost. Although customers may find many of our items at thrift store prices, we are not a thrift store – rather a ReStore. The FCHFH ReStore encourages reuse of household items in an effort to divert these items from local landfills.
